How to Get to the Westbrook Site

Your Destination: The Sloop HADO, Dock #6, Slip #17, at the North Yard at 333 Boston Post Road (Rte 1) of Pilots Point
Marina in Westbrook, CT There are Two entrances on Route 1, ours is at 333 Boston Post Road/the North Yard of the Marina.
DIRECTIONS BY LAND
Heading north on I-95 Take exit 64 (Horse Hill Rd), turn right,
turn right again onto Old Clinton Rd. Continue about ¼ mile, turn left on Grove Beach Rd. N., take to end and go left onto
Boston Post Rd. Brewer’s North Yard, 333 BPR, will be on your right.
Heading south on I95 Take
exit 65 (CT-153), turn left at end of exit. Coming down into Westbrook bear right at the town green to go right at the light
onto Boston Post Rd, approx. 1.6 miles. Pilot’s Point will be on your left immediately after Frankies Restaurant. You
will pass Pilot’s Point South Yard. Make sure you continue on to the North Yard at 333 BPR!
Frankie’s
Restaurant is next to the entrance. The Marina sign will say North Yard and a security gate is visible from the road. The
Office phone number is posted on he Gate House if it is unattended. The Office is approximately 10 yds ahead on the left hand
side.
The restroom cabana with railing is approximately 10 yards ahead.
The Piers are to your right, numbered
#1 to #10. We are at Pier 6. There is handicap parking at Pier #6 and a round picnic table at the start of the dock.
Please
make yourself comfortable at the table, or feel free to use the restroom cabana. We will come and escort you aboard. We will
start at approximately 2:50pm to walk you down to the slip where HADO is tied. For a layout of the docks at the North
